An experienced professional in real estate development, Mike LeBlanc joined the Advisory Board in 2018. The  Senior Vice President of Entitlement at The Irvine Company, Mike’s 36+ years of expertise with the real estate investment company encompasses entitlement, government relations, public policy management, complex entitlement strategies, public advocacy and communication, negotiating development agreements, conditions and exactions.

Mike began his career as a Director of Community Development with the City of Garden Grove. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University at Long Beach, and a master’s degree in Public Administration at University of Southern California. He also serves as Director of the Arthritis National Research Foundation.
